Today's world faces multiple challenges, including the transformation of education, the consolidation of technological tools such as artificial intelligence, cultural evolution linked to digital technology, and social adaptation to rapid change. In this context, every area of human life is undergoing transformations that require deep reflection on how to address them. This issue of the magazine seeks to explore these issues from different perspectives.

To this end, it presents four specific sections: the first examines education as a driver of transformation; the second delves into identities and realities of exclusion; the third focuses on regulations and their relationship with governance and regional history; and finally, the fourth offers a space for reflection on research approaches in these complex times.
