Resumo (pt)

Objetivo: Validar um instrumento para a mensuração das prioridades competitivas em Instituições de Ensino Superior sob a perspectiva de seus grupos de interesse. Método: A Escala de Prioridades Competitivas no Ensino Superior foi aplicada a 855 indivíduos da região do Eixo Cafeeiro. A validade de conteúdo foi avaliada por meio da opinião de especialistas, e realizou-se uma análise fatorial confirmatória para estimar a validadeM do construto. A consistência interna foi estimada pelo coeficiente ômega. Resultados: O índice médio de validade de conteúdo dos itens foi de 0,78 para a escala total. A análise fatorial confirmatória indicou uma estrutura unifatorial com bom ajuste segundo diferentes índices. A escala apresentou alta consistência interna (0,81).Conclusão: Para os grupos de interesse analisados, as prioridades competitivas mais relevantes são qualidade, flexibilidade, inovação e sustentabilidade.

Objetivo: Validar un instrumento para la medición de las prioridades competitivas en Instituciones de Educación Superior desde la perspectiva de sus grupos de interés. Método: Se aplicó la Escala de Prioridades Competitivas en Educación Superior a 855 individuos del Eje Cafetero. La validez de contenido se evaluó a través del juicio de expertos y se realizó un análisis factorial confirmatorio para estimar la validez del constructo. La consistencia interna se calculó mediante el coeficiente omega. Resultados: El índice promedio de validez de contenido de los ítems fue de 0,78 para la escala total. El análisis factorial confirmatorio mostró una estructura unifactorial con buen ajuste según diversos índices. La consistencia interna de la escala fue alta (0,81). Conclusión: Para los grupos de interés analizados, las prioridades competitivas más relevantes son la calidad, la flexibilidad, la innovación y la sostenibilidad.

Objective: To validate an instrument for measuring competitive priorities in Higher Education Institutions from the perspective of their stakeholders. Method: The Competitive Priorities Scale in Higher Education was applied to 855 individuals from the Eje Cafetero region. Content validity was assessed through expert judgment, and a confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to estimate construct validity. Internal consistency was evaluated using the omega coefficient. Results: The average content validity index of the items was 0.78 for the total scale. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated a unifactorial structure with good fit across different indices. The scale demonstrated high internal consistency (0.81). Conclusion: For the stakeholders analyzed, the most relevant competitive priorities are quality, flexibility, innovation, and sustainability.
