El Estado: nuevas lógicas de control
No es novedoso indicar que el Estado es una de las formas organizacionales más importantes, polémicas y discutidas alrededor del mundo, su importancia es tanta que no vale la pena detallar aquí los pormenores de esta. Sin embargo, en los últimos años es claro que muchos cambios han operado en la forma en que el Estado actúa, los mecanismos que implementa para cumplir sus funciones, y en esa misma medida, han hecho más compleja la comprensión de sus funciones para el público en general.
