El día 11 de agosto de 1973, en el 1520 de Sedwick Avenue (El Bronx, Nueva York), se llevó a cabo la fiesta que pasaría a la historia como aquella que diera origen al Hip Hop pues combinaría los elementos clave del Hip Hop como el baile o el graffiti. Después de 48 años de este acontecimiento, la Revista Análisis dedica este número a diferentes investigaciones y reflexiones en torno a los horizontes del Rap, sin dejar de lado sus líneas habituales.
