Resumen (es)

El objetivo es describir aspectos de la reciente reforma curricular del programa de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (UMNG), orientada al desarrollo de competencias reconocidas nacional (CNA) e internacionalmente (ABET). En el contexto de la reforma curricular propuesta desde el año 2020 en la Facultad de Ingeniería, el programa de Ingeniería Civil estructura su reforma, a través de un diseño curricular que garantice el aprendizaje contextualizado de los estudiantes y responda a los lineamientos del CNA y de ABET. Se identificaron, además de las estrategias pedagógicas orientadas al desarrollo de las competencias técnicas y blandas (salidas de campo, prácticas de laboratorio, estudios de caso, entre otras), otras nuevas, como el semestre de práctica formativa, las electivas interdisciplinares y los proyectos integradores, los cuáles proyectarán la formación impartida a los ingenieros civiles neogranadinos. La reforma curricular potencializará la educación contextualizada y desarrollará habilidades técnicas y blandas en los estudiantes de Ingeniería Civil neogranadinos.

IThe objective is to describe aspects of the recent curricular reform of the Civil Engineering program of the Nueva Granada Military University (UMNG), aimed at the development of nationally recognized (CAN) and internationally recognized competencies (ABET). In the context of the curricular reform proposed since 2020 in the Faculty of Engineering program structures its curricular reform, through a curricular design that guarantees the contextualized learning of students and responds to the CAN guidelines and from ABET. In addition to pedagogical strategies aimed at developing technical and soft skills (fiels trips, laboratory practices, case studies, among others), new ones were identified, such as the semester of training practice, interdisciplinary electives and projects integrators, which will project the training given to civil engineers grom New Granada. The curricular reform will enhance contextualized education and develop technical and soft skills in Civil Engineering students grom New Granada.

O objetivo é descrever aspectos da recente reforma curricular do curso de Engenharia Civil da Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (UMNG), orientada para o desenvolvimento de competências reconhecidas a nível nacional (CNA) e internacional (ABET). No contexto da reforma curricular proposta desde 2020 na Faculdade de Engenharia, o curso de Engenharia Civil estrutura a sua reforma através de um desenho curricular que garante a aprendizagem contextualizada dos estudantes e responde às directrizes do CNA e da ABET. Para além das estratégias de ensino destinadas a desenvolver competências técnicas e soft skills (visitas de estudo, práticas laboratoriais, estudos de caso, etc.), foram identificadas novas estratégias, como o semestre de prática formativa, as disciplinas optativas interdisciplinares e os projectos integradores, que irão projetar a formação dada aos engenheiros civis na Neo-Granada. A reforma curricular reforçará o ensino contextualizado e desenvolverá as competências técnicas e interpessoais dos estudantes de engenharia civil neo-ganadenses.
