Philosophical dialogue between ‘suspicion’ and ‘attestation’: hermeneutical source transversal to the humanities
Abstract (en)
This article aims, on the one hand, to seek and present an enriched dialogue between the concepts of attestation and suspicion in the hermeneutics developed by the philosopher Paul Ricoeur, and, on the other hand, to try to show that this model or dialogic paradigm is capable of serving as a transversal hermeneutic source to the humanities, and specifically to literature. This is so insofar as it would imply a valid gnoseo-epistemological tool of analysis in which doubt and suspicion are assumed, but at the same time they are traversed and transcended towards a renewed, decisive and restored ontological-existential affirmation.

Este artículo tiene por objetivo, por una parte, buscar y presentar un diálogo enriquecido entre los conceptos de atestación y sospecha provenientes de la hermenéutica desarrollada por el filósofo Paul Ricoeur, y, por otra parte, intentar mostrar que dicho modelo o paradigma dialógico es capaz de oficiar de fuente hermenéutica transversal a las humanidades, y en concreto a la literatura. Esto es así en la medida en que implicaría una herramienta gnoseo-epistemológica válida de análisis en la cual se asume la duda y la sospecha, pero al mismo tiempo se las atraviesa y trasciende hacia una renovada afirmación ontológico-existencial decisiva y restaurada.
