Ordenamiento Jurídico Territorial Colombiano Vs Ordenamiento Jurídico Andino

Abstract (en)

This article aims to approach the analysis of the decisions of the
territorial order, issued by the Andean Council of Foreign Ministers and the
Secretary General of the Andean Community (CAN), in order to determine what
has been the influence of the same, in the Colombian land.  
To this end, aspects related to the Andean integration, the Andean legal, territorial
perspective Andean regulations, the role of the Andean Council of Foreign
Ministers and the Secretary General of the Andean Community on the territorial issue, ending with the relationship between territorial Andean regulations and land
use in Colombia.

Abstract (es)

El presente artículo pretende aproximarse al análisis de las Decisiones de orden territorial, emitidas por el Consejo Andino de Ministros de Relaciones Exteriores y la Secretaria General de la Comunidad Andina (CAN); en aras de determinar cuál ha sido la influencia de las mismas, en el ordenamiento territorial colombiano.
Para el efecto, se abordaran aspectos relacionados con la integración andina, ordenamiento jurídico andino, perspectiva normativa andina territorial, el papel del Consejo Andino de Ministros de Relaciones Exteriores y de la Secretaria General de la Comunidad Andina en el tema territorial, finalizando con la relación existente entre la normativa andina territorial y el ordenamiento territorial colombiano.
