Revista CITAS 2025-I: Un Reflejo de la Nueva Facultad de Administración de Empresas

La Facultad de Administración de Empresas de la Universidad Santo Tomás sigue consolidando su transformación hacia la FAE 5.0, un modelo de facultad dinámica, innovadora y con visión global. Este proceso no solo responde a las exigencias del entorno académico y empresarial, sino que también busca aportar de manera estratégica a la construcción de conocimiento, la sostenibilidad y la internacionalización. La presente edición de la revista CITAS es un reflejo de esta evolución, al reunir artículos que exploran las fronteras del conocimiento en gestión, innovación y sostenibilidad. Además, es la primera edición de la revista que se publica bajo la estructura de la nueva Facultad de Administración de Empresas, una unidad académica robusta y en crecimiento, que integra programas de pregrado y posgrado en múltiples modalidades, incluyendo la presencial, la educación a distancia, los programas híbridos y la virtualidad.
