Abstract (en)

The present research focused on studying the possible integration between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human Intelligence (HI) through the approach of a comparative exercise that contrasted the decisions made by a group of international trade students and the answers offered by different artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots concerning a highly complex case that replicated the experience of the Louis Dreyfus Company. Other options or courses of action were proposed by AI and AIH, with ChatGPT's response being the only one that aligned with the decision made by the company.

La presente investigación se centró en estudiar la posible integración entre la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) y la Inteligencia Humana (IH) a través del planteamiento de un ejercicio comparativo que contrastó las decisiones tomadas por un grupo de estudiantes de comercio internacional y las respuestas ofrecidas por diferentes chatbots de inteligencia artificial (IA) con respecto a un caso de alta complejidad que replicó la experiencia de la Compañía Louis Dreyfus. Se propusieron distintas opciones o cursos de acción desde la IA y la IH, siendo la respuesta de ChatGPT la única que se alineó con la decisión tomada por la empresa.
