How ERP applications interact with the supply chain to optimize processes in the organization
Abstract (en)
This article presents a model of optimization of processes through the management of the supply as a tool of value chain to create competitive advantage in organizations in which a Manager is capable of dealing with a course of action based opposite a series of situations on the occasion a logistic process that has to play for a minimal cost supported in systematized applications (software) that enable you to simplify time and increase the value of the company raising its profitability.

En el presente artículo se presenta un modelo de optimización de procesos, mediante la gestión de la cadena de suministro como herramienta de valor para crear ventaja competitiva en las organizaciones, en el que un Gerente está en capacidad de asumir un curso de acción, frente a una serie de situaciones en relación con el proceso logístico. Proceso con el que el gerente tiene que jugar para obtener un mínimo costo, apoyado en aplicaciones sistematizadas (software) que le permiten simplificar tiempos e incrementar el valor de la empresa elevando así su rentabilidad.
