Abstract (en)
This article presents a resource optimization model, applying linear programming as a decision-making tool in a transportation problem, in which a manager is able to address a course of action in the face of a series of variables with the that you have to play for a minimum cost, supported by systematized applications (software) that allow you to simplify time.

El presente artículo presenta un modelo de optimización de recursos, aplicando la programación lineal como herramienta para la toma de decisiones en un problema de transporte, en el que un gerente está en capacidad de abordar un curso de acción frente a una serie de variables con las que tiene que jugar para obtener un mínimo costo, apoyado en aplicaciones sistematizadas (software) que le permiten simplificar tiempo.
