Sistema electoral y exclusión intercultural
Abstract (en)
El presente artículo tiene por finalidad establecer, por una parte, que el sistema electoral no hace justicia al diálogo intercultural. puesto que constituye una negación de la pluralidad existente en la sociedad, y, por otra parte,"indagar por las relaciones entre democracia, exclusión e interculturalidad':Una vez es analizada la historia del sistema electoral. tanto en Europa como en Colombia, se pasa a explicar los conceptos de pluralidad, pluralismo, multiculturalismo, interculturalidad y diversidad; a continuación; se describen, las funciones que cumple el sistema proporcional, integrando aquellos términos y poniendo especial atención al"orden político y electoral" que implementó el acto legislativo 1 de 2003; por último, se hace una reflexión final acerca del desafío intercultural.
