Abstract (en)

This issue of the magazine is designed as a space for academic and technical reflection on three fundamental areas in the field of management systems: talent management; integration of technical standards, management standards, and regulatory frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness; and metrology as an enabler of industrial competitiveness.

Este número de la revista se configura como un espacio para la reflexión académica y técnica en torno a tres ejes fundamentales en el campo de los sistemas de gestión: gestión del talento; integración de normas técnicas, de gestión y marcos regulatorios para potenciar la eficacia organizacional y la metrología como habilitador de la competitividad industrial.

Esta edição da revista configura-se como um espaço para a reflexão acadêmica e técnica em torno de três eixos fundamentais no campo dos sistemas de gestão: gestão de talentos; integração de normas técnicas, de gestão e marcos regulatórios para potenciar a eficácia organizacional; e metrologia como facilitadora da competitividade industrial.
