AUTOMATIZACIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE M&A PARA PYMES IMPLEMENTANDO INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL PARA LA INNOVACIÓN EN LEGAL TECH*
Abstract (en)
Based on the new needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), a product of Industry 4.0 and a globalized environment that demands the development and implementation of new information technologies, PymeNegocios emerges, a legal tech services platform that systematizes intermediation and the analysis, enlistment and diagnosis of companies (due diligence) in the processes of investing, buying and selling businesses through artificial intelligence techniques and data analytics. This initiative seeks to facilitate and streamline the commercial operations of SMEs in the Colombian economy, which allows them to extend to Latin America.

A partir de las nuevas necesidades de las pequeñas y medianas empresas (Pymes), producto de la industria 4.0 y un entono globalizado que demanda el desarrollo y la implementación de las nuevas tecnologías de la información surge PymeNegocios, una plataforma de servicios legal tech que sistematiza la intermediación y el análisis, alistamiento y diagnóstico de la empresas (due diligence) en los procesos de inversión, compra y venta de negocios a través de técnicas de inteligencia artificial y analítica de datos. Esta iniciativa busca facilitar y agilizar las operaciones comerciales de las Pymes en la economía colombiana, que permite la extensión a Latinoamérica.
