EL PERDÓN Y EL DUELO: CUMPLIMIENTO DE LAS MEDIDAS DE SATISFACCIÓN ORDENADAS POR LA CORTE INTERAMERICANA DE DERECHOS HUMANOS RESPECTO DE COLOMBIA

Abstract (en)

The jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights has broadened the spectrum of the integral reparation, including from non-property components as true ways of satisfaction and service. Is Very important to establish monitoring strategies from civil society and academia to complement the monitoring job done by the Inter-American Court, because in the practice, it has become clear that full compliance of the sentence is very long in time to the point that the victim, the process forward to an international organ is only part of the great battle that must be prepared to continue to address to achieve effective relief of their rights.

Abstract (es)

La jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos humanos ha permitido ampliar el espectro de la reparación integral, a partir de inclusión de componentes no patrimoniales como verdaderas medidas de satisfacción y reparación. Resulta fundamental establecer estrategias de seguimiento desde la sociedad civil y la academia que complementen la labor de seguimiento hecha por la Corte Interamericana, pues en la práctica se ha evidenciado que el cumplimiento cabal de las sentencia se prolonga en el tiempo al punto que para la víctima, el proceso adelantando ante una instancia internacional es solo una parte de la gran batalla que debe estar dispuesta a seguir afrontando para lograr la reparación efectiva de sus derechos.
