Resumo (pt)

Este artigo provém da investigação “Resiliência das empresas familiares com Responsabilidade Social Empresarial (RSE) para sobreviver à crise pandémica”, que se centrou no estudo das estratégias das empresas familiares para se consolidarem através da utilização de ferramentas tecnológicas como as plataformas cloud, as redes sociais e a apps com infra-estruturas digitais inovadoras. A abordagem metodológica é qualitativa e o seu desenho socioeconómico incorpora alguns elementos de investigação documental sistemática. O objetivo é descrever como as empresas se desenvolveram na situação disruptiva e como as suas estratégias levaram ao fortalecimento das empresas como uma mudança de paradigma para os novos desafios impostos pela nova era Pós-COVID. O artigo destaca as condições de resiliência que acompanham as acções dos grupos de empresas familiares e a forma como enfrentaram a SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). As conclusões propõem um reforço das políticas económicas e tecnológicas que abrangem as empresas e que contribuem não só para a sustentabilidade económica do país para que possam atingir as suas capacidades, mas também para apoiar as novas gerações que estão a mudar o espetro empresarial através da utilização das TIC, da digitalização e do comércio eletrónico para reforçar as economias familiares.

Resumo (en)

This article comes from the research “Resilience by family businesses with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to survive the pandemic crisis”, which focused on studying the strategies of family businesses to consolidate through the use of technological tools such as cloud platforms, social networks and apps with innovative digital infrastructures. The methodological approach is qualitative, whose socio-economic design includes some elements of systematic documentary research. The objective is to describe how the companies have evolved in the disruptive situation and how their strategies have strengthened the companies as a paradigm shift towards the new challenges imposed by the new post-COVID era. The article evidences the conditions of resilience that accompany the actions of groups of family businesses and how they coped with SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). The conclusions propose a strengthening of the economic and technological policies that cover the companies and that contribute not only to the economic sustainability of the country so that they can reach their capabilities, but also to support the new generations that are changing the business spectrum through the use of ICT, digitalization and e-commerce to enhance family economies.

Este artículo proviene de la investigación: Resiliencia por parte de empresas familiares con Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) para sobrevivir a la crisis por la pandemia; la cual se enfocó en estudiar las estrategias de las empresas familiares para consolidarse a través del uso de herramientas tecnológicas como las plataformas en la nube, redes sociales y App con infraestructuras digitales innovadoras. El enfoque metodológico es cualitativo cuyo diseño socio-económico, incorpora algunos elementos de la investigación sistemática documental.  Para lo cual se pretendió como objetivo describir cómo se desenvolvieron las empresas en la situación disruptiva y de qué manera sus estrategias agenciaron el fortalecimiento de las empresas como cambio de paradigma hacia los nuevos retos que impone la nueva era Pos COVID. El artículo evidencia las condiciones de resiliencia que acompañan las acciones de grupos de empresas de familias y cómo le hicieron frente al SARS, COVID 19. En las conclusiones se propone un reforzamiento de las políticas económicas y tecnológicas que cobijan a las empresas y que aporten no sólo a la sostenibilidad económica del país para que puedan alcanzar sus capacidades, sino también a apoyar a las nuevas generaciones que están cambiando el espectro empresarial a través del uso de las TIC, la digitalización y el comercio electrónico para potenciar las economías familiares.
