From studies on the history of ideas of organizational behavior, is to contextualize the view from the perspective of the great thinkers like Max Weber, Henry Fayol, Frederick Taylor. Thinkers from their perspective postulate principles and models to understand the behavior of people in your workplace and from these postulates the organizations has been working and evolving to address the complexity and uncertainty. Thus Max Weber explores the Protestant work ethic and the bureaucracy to understand organizational behavior To Henry Fayol’s organizational structure is important for efficiency and effectiveness and fourteen principles and postulates the administrative processes. In conclusion emphasizes Frederick Taylor Scientific Management and the selection of workers. not only the objective of making a profit, but to ensure the sustainability of the company in the long term.

A partir de los estudios sobre la historia de las ideas del comportamiento Organizacional, se pretende contextualizar la mirada desde la perspectiva de grandes pensadores como Max Weber, Henry Fayol y Frederick Taylor. Pensadores que desde su óptica postulan principios y modelos para conocer el comportamiento de las personas en su sitio de trabajo, postulados a partir de los cuales las organizaciones ha venido trabajando y han evolucionado para enfrentar la complejidad y la incertidumbre. Es así como Max Weber investiga sobre la ética protestante del trabajo y la burocracia, para comprender el comportamiento organizacional. Mientras que, para Henry Fayol la estructura de la organización es importante para alcanzar la eficiencia y eficacia y postula catorce principios, junto con los procesos Administrativos. Para finalizar, Frederick Taylor hace énfasis en la Administración Científica y la selección de trabajadores.
