Abstract (en)
CITAS magazine opens its pages again to register research works and articles related to science, innovation, technology, the environment and society -especially in the field of education-; to continue, in this way, the editorial line drawn from its birth and fulfilling its objectives of being a means of dissemination of an academic, technical and scientific nature in which the different disciplines and fields of knowledge have a place, not only of the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies, but also of the Vice-Rector's Office for the Open and Distance University (VUAD), the Santo Tomás University in general and, as on this occasion, other entities and Institutions, which makes it a wide digital window, open to knowledge in the local, regional and national context.

La revista CITAS abre nuevamente sus páginas para registrar trabajos de investigación y artículos relacionados con la ciencia, la innovación, la tecnología, el medio ambiente y la sociedad -especialmente en el ámbito de la educación-; para continuar, de esta forma, la línea editorial trazada desde su nacimiento y cumpliendo con sus objetivos de ser un medio de divulgación de carácter académico, técnico y científico en el que tienen cabida las diferentes disciplinas y campos del saber, no solo de la Facultad de Ciencias y Tecnologías, sino también de la Vicerrectoría de Universidad Abierta y a Distancia (VUAD), la Universidad Santo Tomás en general y, como en esta ocasión, otras entidades e Instituciones, lo que la convierte en una ventana digital amplia, abierta al conocimiento en el contexto local, regional y nacional.
