Tendencias de la cultura organizacional en instituciones educativas de básica y media: revisión sistemática con metodología PRISMA (2020-2024)
Trends in organizational culture in primary and secondary educational institutions: a systematic review using the PRISMA methodology (2020–2024)
Abstract (en)
This systematic review, guided by the PRISMA methodology, analyzes trends in organizational culture within primary and secondary educational institutions across various countries and continents. It identifies predominant research themes and highlights how collective learning emerges as a fundamental strategy for academic management in schools. Indexed databases (Scopus, Web of Science, and ERIC) were searched using inclusion criteria encompassing publications from 2020 to 2024.
The findings indicate that instructional leadership, job satisfaction, teacher professional development, readiness for organizational change, and collective learning within the internal structure of schools emerge as effective strategies for aligning organizational culture with academic management, serving as key determinants in strengthening school culture. Previous studies have examined organizational culture, collective learning, and academic management separately, without proposing integrative models that address their interrelationship in public school contexts.
In response to this gap, the present study provides the foundation for an integrative model that links organizational culture and academic management, mediated by collective learning, thus offering an updated theoretical framework to guide future research in this field.

Esta revisión sistemática, basada en la metodología PRISMA, analiza las tendencias de la cultura organizacional en instituciones educativas de básica y media en distintos países de diferentes continentes, con el propósito de identificar los temas investigativos predominantes y resaltar cómo el aprendizaje colectivo emerge como una estrategia fundamental en la gestión académica de los colegios. Se consultaron bases de datos indexadas (Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC) utilizando criterios de inclusión que abarcan publicaciones entre 2020 y 2024.
Los hallazgos muestran que el liderazgo pedagógico, la satisfacción laboral, el desarrollo profesional docente, la disposición al cambio organizacional y el aprendizaje colectivo dentro de la estructura interna de los colegios emergen como estrategias exitosas para articular la cultura organizacional y la gestión académica, constituyéndose en factores determinantes para la mejora de la cultura escolar. Estudios previos han abordado la cultura organizacional, el aprendizaje colectivo y la gestión académica por separado, sin proponer modelos integradores que contemplen su relación en contextos de colegios públicos.
En este sentido, los hallazgos buscan ofrecer un modelo integrador entre cultura organizacional y gestión académica, mediado por el aprendizaje colectivo, aportando una base teórica actualizada que sirva de guía para investigaciones futuras en este campo.
