Campos Journal of Social Sciences is pleased to present the following special issue. Although the theme was open-ended, the final result takes the form of a coherent dialogue based on emerging categories that are particularly well-suited to understanding the social agendas of the contemporary world. This special issue is structured around a cross-cutting question that runs through contemporary debates in the social sciences and humanities: How are processes of inclusion, participation, and development shaped today in contexts marked by historical inequalities, cultural transformations, and market reconfigurations? Far from offering a single answer, the articles in this issue propose a pluralistic and situated perspective that connects community experiences, in-depth theoretical reflections, and critical analyses of innovation, labor, and the urban economy.

Para la Revista Campos en Ciencias Sociales es un placer presentar el siguiente dossier. Si bien su temática fue abierta, el resultado final se configura como un diálogo coherente a partir de categorías emergentes muy apropiadas para comprender las agendas sociales del mundo contemporáneo. El presente dossier se articula en torno a una pregunta transversal que atraviesa los debates contemporáneos en las ciencias sociales y humanas: ¿cómo se configuran hoy los procesos de inclusión, participación y desarrollo en contextos atravesados por desigualdades históricas, transformaciones culturales y reconfiguraciones del mercado? Lejos de ofrecer una respuesta única, los artículos que componen este número proponen una mirada plural y situada, que conecta experiencias comunitarias, reflexiones teóricas profundas y análisis críticos sobre innovación, trabajo y economía urbana.
