En el presente artículo se mostrará la importancia de la persona y la familia, que son dos núcleos imprescindibles que posibilitan una verdadera Cultura del Encuentro y del Cuidado en una sociedad pluralista que se expresa en diferentes modalidades que se han encarnado en el mundo. De ahí que es necesario repasar las dimensiones inherentes a la persona y a la familia para poder ofrecer una propuesta de lo que significa la Cultura del Encuentro y sus implicaciones en el mundo contemporáneo.

This article will show the importance of the person and the family, which are two essential nuclei that make possible a true Culture of Encounter and Care in a pluralistic society that is expressed in different modalities that have been embodied in the world. Hence, it is necessary to review the dimensions inherent to the person and the family in order to offer a proposal of what the Culture of Encounter means and its implications in the contemporary world.
