Abstract (en)
En este número de la Revista Activos hemos seleccionado el tema de los impuestos para nuestra edición central; dicha elección no ha sido en vano: en los últimos años las reformas tributarias han sido el tema principal de discusión en varios países del mundo, desde los Estados Unidos hasta Colombia, pasando por latitudes tan particulares como el África subsahariana (donde se debate sobre las reformas que le darán impulso a la recuperación económica en países como Nigeria, Ghana o el Congo).
