Relationship between knowledge management and organizational learning
Relação entre gestão do conhecimento e aprendizagem organizacional
Management systems that base their implementation on the iso 9001:2015 standard must determine the knowledge necessary for the operation of their processes. The required knowledge must be managed and appropriated by employees to support the development of daily activities. In this sense, this article aims to analyze the relationship between organizational learning and knowledge management processes. The above makes sense because to start a learning process in the organization it is necessary to have knowledge, which can come from outside the organization or can also be developed within it. The availability of knowledge allows the absorption process, therefore, routines can be appropriated more quickly and organizational capabilities can be consolidated. The article uses a qualitative approach of descriptive scope. The results of the content analysis point out three emerging categories that help understand this relationship, these are: people as the axis of both concepts, the process approach and organizational culture. It is concluded by mentioning that organizations must work on both concepts from a systemic perspective that allows them to articulately manage their implementation.
